Summary
BSCCo should notify all Parties, BSC Agents, Panel Members and the Authority when a Party either withdraws or is expelled from the Code.
Expansion is required of steps 3. 3. 4 and 3. 4. 8 in the BSCP65 Interface Timetable to state that the BSCCo will advise the Authority, Panel Members, Parties and BSC Agents whenever a Party withdraws or is expelled from the Code.
