Apply a number of improvements to the D0268 ‘Half Hourly Meter Technical Details’ dataflow within the Code Subsidiary Documents to reflect existing manual processes being operated in the half hourly market. The improvements relate to the following: 1. Identify whether the half hourly site is a ‘complex site’ and therefore an information sheet should be provided. 2. Enhance the valid types of communication methods that can be used (for both hand held and Local Area Network (LAN) communications). 3. Identify the date when a half hourly meter has been removed.
