Summary

PSL120 ‘Non Half Hourly Data Collection’ describes the actions to be taken by the NHHDC when there are problems encountered with an instruction file. The corresponding BSCP504 ‘Non Half Hourly Data Collection for SVA Metering Systems Registered in SMRS ‘explains that once the problem is resolved, a final D0019 (Metering System EAC/AA Data) instruction file is sent to the NHHDA and the Supplier. PSL120 does not make any reference to Suppliers being sent instruction files (original or corrections). In cases where an NHHDC sends an instruction file shortly before a change of NHHDC and the instruction file fails, there is no requirement for the outgoing NHHDC to resolve the problem and send another instruction file. Once a new NHHDC has taken responsibility there is no way to clear existing instruction failures.
