BSCP 502 ‘Half Hour Data Collection for SVA Metering Systems Registered in SMRS’ Process 3. 2. 1 New Connection or Registration Transfers from CMRS to SMRS – Metered Supply’ does not take into account a delay in meter installation. Consequently the Half-Hour Data Collector (HHDC) has no instruction on what to assume as the default Energisation Status of a new meter. Changes to documents are required to ensure that HHDCs are notified of the Energisation Status of a metering System for a new appointment.
