A number of documentation only defects have been identified in the IDD. The defects fall into the following two categories:
1. Defects associated with Observation Reports (ORs). These defects have been identified by Logica and ORs have been raised against each of the defects. 2. Defects raised from PMRs
PMR31739 was raised by Formfill to highlight the following defect in the IDD.
