Summary
Raised from SIR R2106. BSCP504 3. 3. 11. 5 requires that the NHHDC should send an AA and or EAC to the NHHDA and Supplier via a Metering System EAC/AA (D0019) dataflow. Footnote 73 to BSCP504 3. 3. 11. 5 states that “the NHHDC will send the data (AA and or EAC) only to their respective Supplier / NHHDA”. This requirement would benefit from further differentiation between what should be sent to the old and new Suppliers respectively by the NHHDC (or, where concurrent with a change of NHHDC, by the old and new NHHDCs respectively).
