Summary
The Interconnector Administrator (IA) is required under the BSC to submit a file of Deemed Metered Volumes within 2 working days of the Settlement Day for the Interconnector concerned. This requires the IA to have the necessary Interconnector BM Unit Registration details. Currently there is no provision within the IDD and therefore the IA currently relies upon the party registering the BM Units to provide the necessary information.
