Summary
One of the monitoring requirements under P99 is for the monitoring of D0095 ‘NHHDA Exception Reports’. Modification Proposal P99 assumed that copies of all D0095s could be extracted onto CD-ROM and sent to Elexon. This solution does not seem to be the most efficient method for either NHHDAs as Data Providers or Elexon as recipients of the data.
