Summary
BSCP502 states that if required, a new HHDC Agent may request from the old HHDC Agent up to 14 months of historic Half Hourly Metered Data, where available, including the final Meter reading and the last physical Meter register reading taken on site, for estimation purposes. The old HHDC Agent is required to send this data within five working days of the request using D0036 and D0010 data flows.
The wording of BSCP502 suggests that there is flexibility in the amount of data being requested, and that it is dependent upon the new HHDC Agent’s requirements. Furthermore, BSCP502 only asks for the old HHDC Agent to ‘send history data requested”, suggesting that if not requested, additional information need not be sent.
