Summary
Slow or non-supply of Non Half Hourly Data Collector (NHHDC) data flows can seriously affect the quality of data that the NHHDC agent is able to provide to Suppliers and Settlement. Without the relevant Meter Technical Details and other mandatory flows, the NHHDC is unable to process meter readings. It is proposed that the underpin process be adopted as a method of last resort across the industry.
