Summary

BSCP502 requires the HH Data Collector to flag the HH data as ‘E’ in the event of a proving test failure. Further requirements place obligations on both the HHDC and the HHMOA to complete a re-test as soon as possible after the failure and where the timescales provided force the resolution beyond the Initial Volume Allocation Run implies that the HHDC should begin estimation of the data. These requirements are not clear and leave the obligations on the HHDC ambiguous.
