Formal title: Changes to BSCP38 for multiple Authorisation Applications

Summary

The current layout of the forms in BSCP38 ‘Authorisations’ requires an Authorised Signatory to sign a form for each applicant upon which it is conferring an authorisation. For new starters or on changes of ownership this process is inefficient, and so it is proposed to modify the forms to allow an Authorised Signatory to sign for a number of authorisation applications at one time.

Progression

Implemented as part of the November 2005 Release.
