Summary
GSP Group Correction Factor is the only Market Indicator supported by pre P99 PARMS which is not supported by the post P99 PARMS. This CP proposes that GSPGCF Market Indicator is supported by new PARMS. Also, if P157 is approved it is to be implemented on a Calendar Day basis in new PARMS and will not allow any resubmissions that would affect data in old PARMS. At this point old PARMS will not need to be maintained at all.
