Summary
There are inconsistencies between some of the processes defined under P176 and current practice. It has also become clear that some of the drafting may not be practical and there are a number of issues and minor amendments that should be resolved in parallel with the implementation of P176. These were not addressed under P176 and hence they have been raised as this separate Change Proposal (CP).
