Summary
BSCP502 requires that where the HHDC Agent obtains a physical meter reading via the annual site visit or from the MO the HHDC shall compare this manual reading to the reading collected remotely on interrogation at the nearest date and time. This CP does not believe that this requirement is necessary as it is already addressed in the MAR/Mini MAR and Proving Test processes.
