Summary
BSCP502 describes various situations where an “initial” or “final” meter reading are required to be obtained and processed by the HHDC Agent under different circumstances. A HHDC cannot add any value to the process in which they receive a D0010 from the HHMO and this indirect routing of information can only add delay/potentially terminate the process
