Summary

At the ISG meeting on 28 November 2006, the ISG agreed that an operational review of BSCP15 and BSCP20 should be carried out (ISG70/07). The review aimed to identify change that could be made to improve operability and eliminate complexity of the processes set out in BSCP15 and BSCP20 and to draft and recommend changes to give effect to any potential changes identified. The walkthroughs of BSCP15 and BSCP 20 occurred in January 2007. The recommended changes of the review are described in CP1201 and further detail can be found in the Operational Review document (ISG74/05 Attachment A). The ISG endorsed the progression of the recommendations of the operational review into the Change Process on 20 March 2007 (ISG74/05). CP1201 proposes amendments to BSCP15 and BSCP20, following the review which should improve the operability and eliminate complexity in the processes set out in the BSCPs.
