CP1272 ‘Use of Appointment and Termination Flows in Unmetered Supplies (UMS)’ removed the requirement in BSCP520 for Suppliers to send 3 data flows to Unmetered Supplies Operatorss (UMSOs). In addition CP1272 introduced a requirement within BSCP501 for Licensed Distribution Systems Operators (LDSOs) to inform UMSOs of any changes. The Supplier Volume Allocation Group (SVG) approved CP1272 in March 2009 (SVG97/01) for inclusion in the June 2009 Release. Following the approval of CP1272, we have identified that the approved changes to BSCP520 and BSCP501 need to be reflected within BSCP537 Appendix 1: Self Assessment Document (SAD) to ensure consistency between the documents. This impact was missed during the impact assessment of CP1272. The changes to BSCP537 Appendix 1 are minor consistency changes, required to reflect the revisions to BSCP501 and BSCP520. On this basis they are being progressed via a Housekeeping Change.

Elexon raised CP1293 on 05 May 2009. The ISG, PAB and SVG agreed that it be treated as a housekeeping CP on 28 April 2009, 30 April 2009 and 05 May 2009 respectively. Therefore it does not required Industry Impact Assessment, and it will be presented for decision at the ISG meeting on 26 May 2009, PAB on 28 May 2009 and SVG on 02 June 2009. We presented CP1293 to the Performance Assurance Board on 28 May 2009, who endorsed the change. CP1293 was also presented to the ISG on 28 May 2009 and to the SVG on 02 June 2009 for approval. Both the ISG & SVG approved CP1293 and the CP was implemented as part of the  November 2009 Release.
