Summary
CP1376 seeks to improve the way that Failed Instructions are reported across industry by requiring outgoing NHHDCs to remain responsible for material or high risk Failed Instructions where a Supplier requires them to and by introducing a standardised script for NHHDAs to use when reporting Failed Instructions.
