Summary

CP1376 seeks to improve the way that Failed Instructions are reported across industry by requiring outgoing NHHDCs to remain responsible for material or high risk Failed Instructions where a Supplier requires them to and by introducing a standardised script for NHHDAs to use when reporting Failed Instructions.

CP1376 was raised and issued for industry impact assessment via CPC00715 on 29 June 2012, with responses due back on 26 July 2012.

CP1376 was approved by SVG at its meeting on 4 September 2012 for implementation as part of the June 2013 Release.
