Summary

The Electricity and Gas (Internal Market) Regulations 2011 describes the process for customers on Private Networks to choose their own gas and electricity Supplier. BSCP 514/502 currently recognises this arrangement, but CP1377 seeks to provide further clarification to the rules to more accurately reflect this arrangement of customers within Private Networks seeking third party access.

Progression

CP1377 was raised and issued for industry impact assessment via CPC00716 on 03 August 2012, with responses due back on 30 August 2012.

CP1377 was approved by SVG at its meeting on 2 October 2012 for implementation as part of the November 2012 Release.
