Summary
This Modification proposes to extend the provisions of the BSC to allow non-Parties access to the High Grade Service, and to charge them for the service in accordance with the arrangements for Parties that are currently specified in Annex D3 3.1 d and e, and 3.4, of the BSC. Also, to put in place arrangements to allow Elexon to recover the charges for the service that has been provided to one non Party.
