Summary
The National Grid’s Transmission Licence was substantially amended with effect from 1 October 2001 which has resulted in the renumbering of the majority of Conditions within the licence. Consequential changes are therefore necessary to the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC)
Progression
The Authority approved the Proposed Modification on 11 March 2002.
