Summary

This Modification seeks to alter the current conditions of paragraph 2.6 of Section A of the BSC related to “Withdrawal of a Party which does not commence trading” to allow full access to market data. It proposes that Licence Exemptable Generators (LEGs) and other Non-trading Parties should be entitled to remain BSC Parties if none of the steps referred to in A2.6.3 are taken.

Progression

The Authority approved the Proposed Modification on 13 August 2003. P114 was implemented in the CVA February 04 Release on 24 February 2004.
