Summary
P139 proposes to modify the Code such that Interconnector Balancing Mechanism Units can belong to a Trading Unit. It also suggests introducing a special class of Interconnector Trading Unit if one of the existing classifications is not thought appropriate.
Progression
The BSC Panel recommended that the Proposed Modification should not be made. The Authority rejected the Proposed Modification on 19 August 2004.
