P144 proposes that the Continuous Acceptance Duration Limit (CADL) methodology introduced under P18A is removed from the Code, as the P78 Net Imbalance Volume tagging process negates the need for CADL.
Progression
The BSC Panel recommended that the Proposed Modification should not be made. The Authority rejected the Proposed Modification on 18 December 2003.
