Summary
GC and DC data has previously been available on the Elexon website. Following legal advice that it was not explicitly permitted by the Code, the data has been withdrawn. This Modification seeks to allow the re-publication of live BMU GC and DC values on the Elexon website.

The Authority rejected the Proposed Modification on 17 December 2004.
