Summary
This proposal aims to defer data entry into Settlement Process due to take place on 15 December 2004 arising from the NGC EI re Damhead Creek for Settlement Periods 27 and 28 on 19 May 2004 until the RF reconciliation is due to run. The NGC EI re Damhead Creek caused exceptionally high Trading Changes to be calculated on a number of supply companies, including Economy Power. The resolution of this issue is the subject of Modification Proposal P171, and with the uncertainty of its outcome, it is proposed that the data to be entered into the Settlement Process should be deferred until it is approved or rejected, and RF reconciliation is run.
