This Modification Proposal seeks to remove the obligation on the CDCA to provide witnessing and sealing service in respect of all Metering Equipment associated with CVA Metering Systems as detailed in Section R 6.1.2 of the Code and place this obligation on the relevant CVA Meter Operator Agent.
