Summary
This Modification proposes to make consequential changes to the approved legal text for P324 ‘Review of BSCCo’s governance: introducing improved accountability to BSC Parties’ to remove text no longer required in Section B 3.1.2 (h).
Progression
The Panel agreed to raise and approve P353 as Fast Track Self-Governance at its meeting on 8 December 2016. The Fast Track Self-Governance appeal window has closed on the 3 January 2017 and as no objections were recieved, P353 will be implemented on the 6 January 2017 as directed by the Panel.
