P460 ‘Amend the responsibility to propose and consult on a MHHS Migration Plan’

On 2 November 2023, the Authority approved P460 for implementation 5 Working Days following Authority approval, on 9 November 2023 as part of a Special Release.

The P460 Final Modification Report was submitted to the Authority for decision on 18 September 2023.

The P460 Report Phase Consultation was issued on 14 August 2023 with responses due by 5pm on 29 August 2023.

We received 4 responses to the Consultation – 3 from Distributors and 1 from the MHHS Programme.  All respondents were in agreement with the Panel’s initial unanimous recommendations and supportive of the Modification.

The Draft Modification will be presented to the BSC Panel at it’s meeting on 14 September 2023.

The BSC Panel recommended approval of P460.

The BSC Panel unanimously agreed to raised P460 at its meeting on 10 August 2023 (341/04).

The Panel agreed:

• To raise P460 in accordance with Section F2.1.1(d)(i)
• To progress directly to Report Phase
• P460 does better facilitate BSC Objective (d)
• P460 does not impact the EBGL Article 18 T&Cs
