Issue 61

Issue 61 will look at allowing Energy Contract Volume Notifications (ECVNs) and Metered Volume Reallocation Notifications (MVRNs) to be submitted after Gate Closure, up to a new notification submission deadline. This would decouple the timings of these notifications from those required under the Grid Code (such as Physical Notifications), the deadline for which would remain unchanged. The Proposer considers that allowing ECVNs and MVRNs to be submitted after Gate Closure would increase liquidity in the market.

Issue 61 was raised by EDF Energy on 28 October 2015. The Issue Report was tabled to the Panel at its meeting on 10 March 2016.
