Summary
CP1440 proposes to introduce an exemption from proving tests for Metering Systems in Measurement Class F. This CP will remove a barrier to elective HH Settlement for domestic Metering Systems so helps to deliver the efficiencies that HH Settlement brings.

CP1440 was raised by Elexon on 28 April 2015. CP1440 was issued for CP Consultation on 5 May 2015, with responses due by 29 May 2015. CP1440 was approved by the SVG at its meeting on 30 June 2015 and implemented on 5 November 2015 as part of the November 2015 Release.
