CP1451 proposes amendments to the MDD Entity 59 form in BSCP509 Appendix 1 to clarify that a Half Hourly (HH) Default Estimated Annual Consumption (EAC) value can be registered for all HH Measurement Classes, rather than only for a specified sub-set.
Progression
CP1451 was raised by Elexon on 2 October 2015 and has been issued for CP Consultation. The SVG approved CP1451 on 1 December 2015 and it was implemented on 25 February 2016 as part of the February 2016 Release.
