Raising a Change

Anyone can introduce a change to the BSC and the associated Code Subsidiary Documents.

The starting point for this process is different depending on your role.

We are here to support and guide you through the BSC change process. If you would like to amend the BSC, please contact the BSC Change team.

Latest Changes

Find out what changes are awaiting consideration and in progress.

  • Change Report and Change Register – we produce two summary documents that give an overview of the latest progress to active and/or closed Modifications, Change Proposals and Issues. Each are updated regularly and are useful for keeping up-to-date.
  • Change Proposal Consultations – published monthly when communicating Change Proposals for Industry Participant Impact Assessment responses.
  • Potential BSC changes awaiting initial consideration – potential BSC Changes (Modifications, Change Proposals and Issues) that we believe will or may need to be raised.

Change Consultations

Change Consultations help us obtain feedback from the industry on potential Modifications, Change Proposals and Issues.

Modification and Issue Workgroups

The BSC Panel establish Modification Workgroups whenever a Modification Proposal is submitted for an Assessment Procedure. Issue Workgroups are set up to discuss problems, consider possible solutions, requirements or to define the scope.
