Consultation for a generic Metering Dispensation based on D/534
Seagreen Wind Energy Limited (SWEL) has applied for a site specific Metering Dispensation for a solution to the issue of metering its Low Voltage Direct Current (LVDC) supplies on its Seagreen Offshore Wind Farm. SWEL would be happy for it to be generic, as long as this does not introduce any delay.
We are seeking views on whether D/534 could be made generic instead of site specific, and whether it could be adapted to be more generic by including the various solutions under D/461 and D/474 and these Metering Dispensations end dated.
Outcome (11 January)
The SVG and ISG approved D/534 as we recommended subject to the condition that the Direct Current (DC) metering solution is not used for measuring DC supplies to customers for billing purposes. We have updated the Statement of Generic Metering Dispensations to reflect their decisions. Risk Evaluation Register 2021/22 consultation
We invite you to respond to the consultation, which sets out the Settlement Risks identified for 2021/22. This new format risk register is a key deliverable from the Performance Assurance Framework Review, and is designed to be more concise, informative and effective.
We will present the consultation responses to the PAB at its meeting on Thursday 25 March 2021. At this meeting, the PAB, with delegated authority from the BSC Panel, will approve the RER 2021/22 (subject to any changes it deems necessary).

Risk Operating Plan (ROP) 2020/21
The ROP has undergone a re-assessment as part of the Performance Assurance annual cycle taking into account changes to Risk Impacts as outline in the Risk Evaluation Register 2020/21. The risks to Settlement have been identified and evaluated in line with the Risk Evaluation Methodology approved for 2019/20.
