BSCP 509 - Appendix 2: MDD Change Request Entity Validation
BSCP509 Appendix 2 relates to the MDD Change Request Entity Validation and is part of BSCP509 which deals with changes to Market Domain Data.
BSCP509 ensures that all changes to Market Domain Data within the Supplier Volume Allocation arrangements are made in an auditable and controlled manner and where appropriate with due consultation with the affected parties.
BSCP 510 - The Provision of Sampling Data to the Profile Administrator
The electricity trading arrangements require the use of Profiles to derive half hourly demands of Active Energy for Metering System Identifiers being traded either as a Non Half Hourly Metering System or as a Non Half Hourly Unmetered Supply. A Profile represents a particular pattern of energy consumption over a given period. Profiles are required to represent the half-hourly pattern of average consumption for each of a number of distinct customer populations known as Profile Classes.
BSCP 513 - Bulk Change of NHH Supplier Agent
This BSCP defines the processes that Suppliers will use to initiate changes of Supplier Agent(s) in respect of multiple Non-Half Hourly Supplier Volume Allocation (SVA) Metering Systems where the number of Metering Systems involved exceeds a threshold established by the BSC Panel. It describes the method by which Suppliers will submit an application for such a change of agent(s) to BSCCo for consideration by the Panel and the process by which the Panel will make its determinations and communicate its decisions to the Supplier.
This BSCP is not intended for use in the event of a failing Supplier Agent and will not be used where there is a coincident change of Supplier and Supplier Agent.
BSCP 514 - SVA Meter Operations for Metering Systems Registered in SMRS (obsolete)
Please Note that this page and document have now been archived as this BSCP is now obsolete.
BSCP 515 - Licensed Distribution
BSCP515 defines a number of specific processes that Licensed Distribution System Operators will use in order to carry out ongoing distribution obligations required by the BSC and describes the high-level requirements of LDSOs and their relationship with other market participants such as the Suppliers, Supplier Meter Registration Agents (SMRAs) and the SVA Agent.
The Form should be used for the submission of CT or VT Error data for addition to the National Measurement Transformer Error Statement.
BSCP 516 - Allocation of Profile Classes and SSC's for Non Half Hourly SVA Metering Systems Registered in SMRS
This Procedure defines the process of allocating Profile Classes and Standard Settlement Configurations (SSCs) to all Non-Half Hourly (NHH) Metering Systems registered in the Supplier Meter Registration Service (SMRS). The processes defined within this BSC Procedure are to be used from the GSP Group implementation date for each Supplier.
BSCP 520 - Unmetered Supplies Registered in SMRS
BSCP520 sets out the requirements for UMS registered in Supplier Meter Registration Service (SMRS). Metering data for Settlement purposes shall be derived utilising either: an Equivalent Meter (EM) providing Half Hourly (HH) data; or an Estimated Annual Consumption (EAC) per Metering System Identifier (MSID) with an appropriate Profile Class and Standard Settlement Configuration (SSC)
BSCP 533 - PARMS Data Provision, Reporting and Publication of Peer Comparison Data
This BSCP covers the provision of Output Data and Market Indicator Data to the Performance Assurance Reporting and Monitoring System (PARMS) or the Performance Assurance Administrator (PAA). The data will be utilised within the PARMS techniques.
The procedure also covers the following techniques that are associated with the PARMS Service: Monitoring and Reporting; Peer Comparison (public and non-public)
BSCP 533 - Appendix A: PARMS Data Provider File Formats
BSCP533 Appendix A relates to the PARMS Data Provider File Formats and is part of BSCP533 which deals with PARMS Data Provision, Reporting and Publication of Peer Comparison Data.
